The Hurricane Season has officially started!! The boys varsity team started the season off in Greensboro, NC at the NCHE pre-season tournament. The boys shook off some travel fatigue to rebound from the morning loss to the Raleigh HE, to win their next two games against the Greensboro HE and then the Runnin Patriots from Surry County. Some great individual performances by Jonah Dew, Michael Ward, Adam Brown and capped off by the play of the weekend a breakaway one handed dunk by Phillip Brown. It was exciting and the boys really enjoyed themselves. GHS Record (2-1)
